Maurice de Vlaminck

Maurice de Vlaminck (1876-1958)

Maurice de Vlaminck, a painter-printmaker, was one of the first artists to create lithographs at the Atelier Mourlot. A principal figure of the Fauve movement, his early black and white prints soon became intense in color, which often drew on the technique of Van Gogh and Cézanne.
